DEAD IN A DITCH SOMEWHERE.....

That's the phrase most commonly used by my Mom when we were growing up and forgot to let her know where we would be. All the worry and stress of having no idea where we had been usually manifested itself in one simple statement, "I'm glad you're not dead in a ditch somewhere".

So, I just thought I would check in and let you know we are NOT dead in a ditch somewhere. We are alive and kicking. Planting seeds, yard work, cleaning house, working, PLAYING, etc. I can't believe how fast time is flying by! I haven't posted for over a WEEK! YIKES!

So, I have a few things to post, so watch for them later today and throughout the rest of the week. Now I must move on. I have kiddo's to get ready for school and work to get done so I can get outside and enjoy the BEAUTIFUL weather. That and load buckets full of compost up the driveway so it can be added to my garden! SO FUN!

Later Ya'LL

I've been missing the updates as well... :-) We are so glad you are not dead in a ditch... LOL I think my mom used that same exact saying on me. We love you all very much. Spring is such a hard time because there is so much to do outside. Not in the house. We all get stir crazy.

What did you do with your hair? And....you mentioned that you were going to post again that day in in the days following. I sure hope your not dead in a ditch somewhere!

Well, I wish I could erase and repost but it won't let me do it. Let me clarify....I meant to type "that day OR in the days following." And I still hope YOU'RE not dead in a ditch somewhere. I guess my brain is a little sluggish on Saturday mornings. Especially when I was at Walmart buying groceries at one in the morning.
