So I have TOTALLY been into cooking lately! I am loving it! Thanks to Rachael Ray I can get a little creative and it always turns out yummy! This was a Turkey Sage Meatloaf with a Roasted Garlic Asiago Gravy and Roasted Broccoli, Zuccini & Peppers. SOOOO YUMMY! Ryan said that we will never need to go out for dinner again because no one could top it! He is not a huge fan of meatloaf, but this has such a good flavor and the gravy just makes it amazing! He almost ate half of the loaf!
If you haven't tried roasting your broccoli, you should! OH MY! It is so darn good!
