This is kind of a suprise. It all happened so fast (especially the part where I took him and ran!). We were very excited when we got the call this morning saying that Dr. Walker was releasing him shunt-less today! With the next follow up in a month! We could not wait to get him out in the truck and on the way home.

Jake couldn't have been more excited to see his little brother for the first time since about Halloween (5lbs ago). Dawson did really well on the drive home. We stopped at about Tremonton to get him out of his seat, feed him, and remind him that we were still there and that he was OK. He has not really slept all day. I know he can sense the excitement of the whole thing! He is such a sweet little boy!

Mallory seems like the big sister now. It is funny. She kind of looks at him and it's almost like she is trying to reassure him when he is upset. She is used to us and the way we do things and he will get there soon. When we got them out of the truck and their seats were next to each other on the couch Dawson was worried and Mallory was almost laughing. She is so funny.

I was so excited to lay them next to each other. The first thing they did was try to suck on each others faces. They cuddled right up and laid in the bassinet for awhile with each other.

What a blessing. I don't have to tell you all how blessed we are (I have a million times). I was bowled over, on the way home, thinking about the love that our Father in Heaven has for us! We are so thankful for this process that we have gone through. We have learned that when a trial comes you get on your knees and pray as hard as you can then you make the best of it and learn all that you can! We know now that we can face anything, with faith, and overcome!

We couldn't have done all of this without all of you! We love you so much and appreciate all of your love and prayers! Prayers are answered! That is why we have 2 healthy sweet little babies right now. Dr. Null, the head Doctor at Primary's, who also works at the U took care of Dawson when he was born and sent him home today. He said that in all of his years he had never seen a baby as sick as Dawson (with his Pulmonary Hypertension) and he never expected him to make it. Prayers are answered!!

We will keep putting pictures and updates up of the babies. They have so many more obstacles to overcome, but it will be great to do it all together!

We love you!
