As usual, one is up, one is down...

First the sweet--Mallory is doing great out of the hospital, and is as cute as ever.

Now the bitter--Dawson is still very sick. He has been having seizures, and has had trouble breathing. The tricky part is that they think his sickness may be caused by his bowel restriction, but they aren't comfotable doing surgery to fix the bowel restriction when he's as sick as he is. It's kind of a tough situation. Surgery has been booked solid with more critical situations, but they've now scheduled Dawsons surgery for Sunday. That should give him time to respond to the antibiotics they've been giving him, and hopefully he'll be a little stronger by then.

We will be fasting for Dawson on Sunday, and ask if anyone who can and will would join us.

We so appreciate all of the love, support, prayers, and well timed visits and phone calls that continue to pull us through all of this. We know that the Lord works through other people for the most part, and we definitely continue to experience it first hand on a regular basis.
