Just a quick post....

Just to let you know what is going on. Of course we are having another down day. They tend to creep up on us when everything is great. Mallory is doing fine. Dawson is pretty sick. They ran some tests and found some yeast in his urine and kidneys (so they thought) and found what they call "fungal balls" in his kidneys. This is not good and would set him back another 3 weeks. Once again our prayers have been answered and another miracle has happened. They ran the tests again this morning and can not find any trace of fungus or yeast and have found that there is just a little bacteria that is easily treated with antibiotics. What a blessing!! That leaves us still on schedule for the surgery in 1 week for his bowels.

The report tonight is that he is doing a lot better. He was quite pale and sick looking earlier today. He has IV's in all of his limbs and looks quite miserable. The nurse tonight said that he is looking more pink and was awake for quite awhile and doing wonderful! What a relief!

Well the battery is going to die on me and the computer and we both need to recharge! I will let you know what is going on later! Good night!!
