[FROSH'-tyle]

There has been a mystery in our house. For the last several days Mallory will point to certain things and say FROSH-TILE. "What the heck does that mean?" We would ask each other. She knew exactly what she was saying, but we couldn't figure out what it was or where she got it. Ryan has a game on his phone/mini-laptop that the kids like to play. It is called bubble blaster. Mal knows that and she calls it by name, but then she will point at the screen and say, "Frosh-tile". All day yesterday in Twin Falls she pointed out signs and made the same proclamation! We had almost just thought we would never know....until this morning.

This morning I turned on the Backyardigans for Mal. There was a commercial showing when the TV came on. There were lots of little "bubbles" or circles all over the screen, then a lot of shoes. The voice then said, "Come into payless for a FRESH STYLE" at which Mallory shouted out "Frosh-Tyle"! I immediately called Ryan, and when I could compose myself and stop the laughter I told him what it all meant. The bubbles on his screen match the ones on the commercial. The signs yesterday...well, there were probably circles or shoes, either one would cause her to call out her favorite exclamation. Yet another commercial she is taking words from!

This just goes to show that Mallory KAYLA is already starting to take after her name sake! My sister Kayla used to imitate commercials CONSTANTLY. Especially the LDS Family Services "I'm Pregnant" ads, and the my-teeth-are-so-white-I-have-to-make-sure-you-can-see-every-last-tooth-in-my-mouth-when-I-smile ads. She was quite the actress! :)
