[BOONDOCKS]

A couple of weekends ago, before we had lost the camera for a week or so, Ryan made a quick decision to run to Boise. We hadn't been to the temple in a couple of months and we needed the trip! It was the end of spring break and it hadn't been too eventful for Jake. We packed everyone up, in like 20 min, and hit the road.
Ryan and the kids swam while I was at the temple then the next morning Ryan went for his turn while we played in the hotel room. OH, and just for a little plug...if you are ever in Boise you MUST stay at the Harrison Plaza Suites Hotel. It is just down from the temple on Cole and it is amazing! The rooms are enormous, the beds are pillow top and super comfy! They use duvet covers, so ALL the bedding gets cleaned. Check out time is at 1:00 the next day, which allowed us to just take it easy and enjoy our stay. All this for only $80 a night!! We won't stay anywhere else! We love this place!
Alright, now back to the REAL purpose of this post.....
One of Jake's favorite places is Boondocks. We had so much fun! Mallory LOVED getting to walk around outside (do you like her cape?) It was actually quite warm.....well, 55 is warm when you are used to 18! We all just had a blast!

Mal loved the cave part of the mini golf course, but anytime we saw the river she tried to climb under the rope saying, "swim, swim". She was trying so hard to go for a dip.
