THE GUESTS ARE ARRIVING!

Well, this year we decided to invite some of my family up for Thanksgiving weekend. We were so excited when everyone came! They all came up on Wednesday and left between Saturday and Sunday morning. We had so much fun, and look forward to doing it again!

In all we had 23 people. Grandma and Grandpa stayed in their trailer across the street from our house (in the grasshopper hunting fields, as Jake calls it), everyone else stayed IN our house! A lot of noise and a lot of mess, but mostly a lot of fun!

Grandma and Grandpa were the first to arrive. Grandma, for as long as I can remember has always wanted to be the one to spoil the kids with candy. She just can't wait until they are big enough to have some. Well, when she got here and I told her that candy canes are just fine.....well, let's just say she very very quickly won the kids over!
 
 
Dawson loved cuddling, being fed by and talking to by Grandma all weekend. They formed quite a good friendship!

 
 

YIKES! What a mess! But it is worth it! Mallory also really loves grandma! She is working so hard on saying "Gamma" We know she will say it perfectly soon!
