Hear are a few shots of our Dawson working hard at his feeding therapy session with Shelly (his therapist). That little thing she is putting in his mouth vibrates. It helps desensitize his gag. He LOVES it!! There is nothing that makes him happier, except mommy, of course!
Dawson usually LOVES carrots. However, I picked out a bib for him that proved to set the mood for this session. Everytime Shelly put a carrot in his mouth he gagged and usually puked a bit. The bib says, "Are Carrots really necessary?" Yeah....sorry buddy. Next time we will leave this bib at home so you can enjoy them!
