Well, they opened the pool at our house and it was really hot outside. Jake wanted to swim so bad he couldn't stand it and I was tired of packing. We got the babies all ready, put their sun hats on and headed to the pool.
I would have loved to take pictures, however, with a 6 year old and 2 babies in the pool and just me to handle the situation, I was kind of short on hands and couldn't really manage a camera!
Mallory sat in a float toy and LOVED it! After 45 min of kicking and squealing we finally had to pull her out. Dawson was a little more unsure of the whole thing, but as long as I held onto him, he trusted me and ended up really enjoying it. He did however completely love his hat! He couldn't stop looking at it and smiling! I think he knew he looked cute in it and loved the bright colors! Needless to say, both babies crashed hard for bedtime! I love swimming naps!!
We are all going to go out tomorrow and we will make sure to take some good pics!
