So far so good...

Amy is yackin' on the phone, so I thought I'd take a second and give a brief update. Dawson is still doing great. He had an MRI today, and I'll let Amy tell you all about that later. As of right now, the only thing keeping him in the hospital is finding out if he needs a shunt or not. By Monday they will have enough information to make that call--if he needs it, they do surgery and watch him for a few days before discharge--if he doesn't need it, they send him home the middle of next week. I know we've said this before, but we think we may be taking him home with us this time. Best case is Tuesday or Wednesday, but if they decide to give him 7 more days of antibiotics just to be safe, it will add a week or so. Amy has been spending a ton of time with him, so I'll let her give the details later.
